7.00 AM: Departure from Finch subway station – Yonge St./Bishop Ave
7.30 AM: Our 2nd pick-up location is Scarborough Town Centre
9.00 AM: Stop at Big Apple Colborne, where our homemade apple pies and apple bread are made and baked right in front of you! Time for breakfast (Cost of breakfast not included)
1.30 PM: Arrive in Ottawa + free time for lunch
3.00- 5.00 PM: Enjoy the annual Tulip Festival at the Commissioners Park & Major’s Hill Park
5.30 PM: Check in to your hotel- Crowne Plaza Gatineau-Ottawa (4*)

Morning: Enjoy a hot buffet breakfast at the hotel
9.00 AM: Check out
10.00-12.00: Enjoy a 2-hour guided city tour of Ottawa with professional tour guide to see the highlights of Ottawa (including: Parliament Hill, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Rideau Canal, the Residence of the Prime Minister, the Residence of the Governor General, the National Gallery of Canada and the Canadian Museum of Civilization. This tour includes one photo stop. A portion of this tour includes walking (weather permitting).
12.30 Drive towards 1000 Islands
3.15 – 4.15 PM: Enjoy an optional 1-hour cruise amongst the magnificent 1000 Islands (weather permitting)
4.30 PM: Drive towards Toronto

Please note that the standard rooms in most of the hotels have maximum 2 double beds. So, the ones who book a Triple room need to know that two of them will need to sleep in 1 double bed, as the hotel does not provide any extra bed.
This tour is a bilingual tour (Farsi/English). All the announcements are in Farsi & English during the tour.

Parliament Hill: Parliament Hill, colloquially known as The Hill, is an area of Crown land on the southern banks of the Ottawa River in Downtown Ottawa.

Ottawa Tulip Festival Ottawa – Gatineau, 12-22 May: welcome to the Canadian Tulip Festival, taking place in the heart of Canada’s capital. Since 1953, the Canadian Tulip Festival has been celebrating the legacy of the tulip, Ottawa’s flower, which symbolizes the strong bonds of friendship between Canada and the Netherlands, forged in Canada’s role in the Liberation of the Netherlands during the Second World War. Ranked the world’s largest tulip festival, the Canadian Tulip Festival offers festival-goers the opportunity to explore the colourful tulips in bloom, Dutch culture, an International Pavilion, Ikebana workshops, and be entertained by a diversity of music artists as well as captivating fireworks. Commissioners Park in Ottawa is home to the Capital’s most dazzling display of tulips in the region during the annual Tulip Festival, numbering as many as 300,000.
Major’s Hill Park: Major’s Hill Park is a park in downtown Ottawa, Ontario. The park stands above the Rideau Canal at the point where it enters the Ottawa River. Across the canal to the west are the parliament buildings, to the north of the park is the National Gallery of Canada, and to the east are the United States embassy and the Byward Market. To the south is the Chateau Laurier hotel, built on land that was once part of the park.
Commissioners Park: Commissioner’s Park in Ottawa, is a major tulip viewing area with the highest concentration of tulips in the region during the annual Tulip Festival, numbering as many as 300,000.
Canadian Museum of Civilization: Museum chronicling Canadian culture & history, with an IMAX theater & separate children’s museum.
1000 Island Cruises – Gananoque Boat Line: Experience the icons of the 1000 Islands such as Boldt Castle, the Statue of St. Lawrence, 1000 Islands International Bridge and Zavicon Islands containing the smallest International Bridge in the world, during this cruise in the heart of the 1000 Islands.

Across the street from the Ottawa River and Parliament Hill, Crowne Plaza Gatineau-Ottawa offers free Wi-Fi. It also features a saltwater indoor pool and a hot tub. Cable TV with pay-per-view channels, air conditioning, a sofa bed and a desk are provided in each room at Crowne Plaza. A mini-fridge is available for an additional charge. 1st pick-up location: Finch subway station – Yonge St./Bishop Ave (east of Yonge St. 30 meters on Bishop Ave) – GPS Address: 27 Bishop Ave, Toronto, ON M2M 4J4. There is a large Parking Lot at Bishop/Willowdale. You need to park at the end of the parking, that is exactly our pick-up location. This pickup location is suitable for day trips. Free parking on weekends and statutory holidays. Cars cannot be left overnight after 2 AM.
